Shipping charges are as follows. On each product page, add the product to your shopping cart, enter your name, address and other necessary information, then proceed to the confirmation screen and the system will automatically calculate the total price.

*TUGUCA set items are not suitable for delivery as they are large pieces of furniture. See this for details.

About cash on delivery fees

●Cash on delivery (pay on delivery) charges are as follows. Add the product to the shopping cart on each product page, check "Cash on Delivery" for the payment method, fill in the necessary information such as name, address, and enter the confirmation screen, and the system will automatically calculate it.

About delivery days

●If you do not specify a date and time, if you place your order before 2:30 pm on a working day, your order will be delivered as early as the next day (if paying via convenience store or bank transfer, from the date you pay (from) confirmed).

●Depending on the delivery location, you may not be able to specify the delivery time. Please contact our customer service department for details.

●Due to circumstances (system and equipment related, long holidays, weather conditions, etc.), we may not be able to meet your request. Additionally, due to traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver your order on your desired date or time.

●Pre-order items will be listed on each product page.

●In the case of remote islands or some areas, we may not be able to deliver as requested even if you specify a delivery date and time. Please note.
